Geometry – Angles of Polygons

3.) Take the quiz

In a summer school edition of Yay Math, we wade into understanding polygons, and name a bunch of them from 3 sides up to 12. Then, we find the number of triangles "hiding" inside every polygon. That leads us to uncover the formula for the sum of all interior angles, which is 180(n–2)... DON'T WORRY, we'll explain that! Then, we define "regular" as a polygon having all equal sides, and wrap up by learning about the sum of all EXTERIOR angles of any polygon. That sum of all exterior angles is always 360. Yes, we covered a lot of ground, credit to the students, joining me for summer school. YAY MATH!
